Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch your product from our warehouse within 48 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends), your product will be shipped on an overnight service with UPS (except remote areas and Ireland).

  • If you are not home when UPS tries to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery date.
  • The Courier will hold your parcel at their depot for 5 working days after a calling card has been left at your address.  If you do not contact them within this time your parcel will automatically be returned to the UK Custom Covers warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.
  • No delivery appointments can be made.

Tracking details of your parcel will be sent to you via e-mail once your parcel has been checked in with UPS

 

 


International Delivery

Wherever you live, UK Custom Covers will endeavour to deliver direct to your door. 

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received for goods and delivery charges.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.  It is the recipient's responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

UK Custom Covers cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur storage or other charges outside our control.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from UK Custom Covers.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted.  Should you require an unwanted item to be collected (UK residents only), this can be arranged by sending us an email to mail@ukcustomcovers.com please note an additional minimum charge of £10 will be incurred.

Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
